Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery within 10 miles of our farm.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is offered on one designated day each month during a scheduled delivery window.
Subscribers will receive:

A detailed email prior to the start of the season

A reminder email before each delivery
Contactless delivery is available—simply leave a wide-mouth container filled with clean water in a shaded location.

Can I order extra flowers with my subscription?
Absolutely! For special occasions or gifting, simply email us at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll take care of the rest!
How do I care for my flowers?
To enjoy your flowers at their best:

Trim stems and place them in fresh water (using provided flower food) as soon as possible

Remove any foliage that would sit below the waterline

Replace their water regularly, keep flowers cool, and out of direct sunlight
Each reminder email will include additional care and arranging guidance to help you get the most from your stunning bouquet.
When and where can I pick up my bouquet subscription?
Bouquet pickup takes place on our farm, just outside of Monticello on Ridge Road.
Subscribers will receive full pickup details via email prior to the season.

What if I can’t pick up my flowers on time?

If you’re unable to pick up, a friend or neighbor may collect your bouquet on your behalf.

Bouquets cannot be held beyond the scheduled pickup window nor can we provide replacement bouquets for missed pickups.

Alternatively, you may choose to donate your bouquet, and we will deliver it to a local care facility on your behalf.

Because farming can be unpredictable, rare circumstances may require a schedule adjustment. Should this occur, we will communicate promptly and transparently.
How will I be contacted?
All communication will be sent via email. We also share farm updates and photos on Instagram and Facebook.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Bouquet subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
